Reward yourself

It may be a dinner with family or friends or any activity which you like to participate in or even buy yourself something. You deserve it! This will keep you motivated to keep pushing yourself.

Remember to have fun

While the main focus of all fitness resolutions is working out and switching to a healthy lifestyle, it doesn’t have to be boring. To make things fun, for your New Year fitness plan, challenge yourself in new and innovative ways.

There are a number of ways you can shake up your routine. Take a break from your schedule once in a while and do something out of the box. If you find yourself drawn to yoga, Zumba, calisthenics or other exercises, ask your trainer to help you incorporate these into your fitness plan.

Always warm-up

Don’t skip out on the warm-ups. A proper warm-up is important to get the body ready for injury-free movement. Take time to stretch after your workout and take rest days.
